Had a fantastic time with friends! The location is great, close to museums and nightlife spots like Leidseplein. Staff was super friendly, offering a drink upon arrival and a happy hour for cocktails. Definitely check out the nearby food places—fabel frites is a must!
We had a hiccup because our room wasn’t ready at check-in, which was a bit frustrating. Thankfully, they were pretty quick to resolve it.

I enjoyed an amazing stay with a beautiful room that had an impressive canal view. The staff went above and beyond, especially during the complimentary wine hour, which created a fantastic atmosphere to meet other guests. Additionally, the breakfast menu was delicious, with fresh pastries and organic juices. However, the noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive for a restful sleep.
